CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE OF ORDER

TIME FRAME

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order before the shipping process is initiated.

30 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY T&C*

Product is eligible for exchange under the following criteria:

1. Wrong product delivered

2.Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging

3.Incomplete order – missing products 

Under what conditions replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Used/ altered products
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • The product is reported after the expiry of exchange policy duration i.e., after 30 days of delivery

*The replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery

FEE

A cancellation fee of 4%(third-party payment gateway charges) will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cashback earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product.

RETURNING AN ITEM

TIME FRAME

You can return an Item within 07 (Seven) days of the item being delivered to you. Return requests are not accepted after 07 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (like chip-off/scratch/peel-off, torn stitches on upholstery or carpets) customers can choose not to return the item.

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.

Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.

Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:(UPI, QR, BNPL, WALLET)

  1. We accept online orders through HDFC Bank Payment Gateway modes of payment including Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit cards from select banks in India including Govt. approved UPI (Unified Payment Interface) and Payment Wallets viz. PayTM & others.
  2.  Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) when you make an online transaction using your Credit Card.
  3. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.
  4. The Debit Card/Credit Card transaction will appear on your Bank statement/Credit Card Statement.
If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer care team and provide the following information:
  •       Transaction Reference Number
  •       Amount debited with registered Email ID
  •       Date & Time of Transaction

NOTE: Orders can be delayed due to current lockdown and COVID Situation. Rest assured we are going to deliver your products at the earliest.

  1. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  2. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 999.The products are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received. For any return or refund related queries, please reach out to us at yogadesk.in@gmail.com
  1. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. You can also TRACK YOUR ORDER through our website We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days subject to the availability of Logistics Service providers.
  2. The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Local Holidays & Local Festivals are calculated as working days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.
  3. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the Date of Order.
  4. The standard ground mail service is shipped via reputed Logistics service providers namely Delhivery/ BlueDart/ Ecom express/ India-Post & equivalent. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours on normal business working days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any other National Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and your pin-code location.
  5. We take extensive precautions on the safety of the products and its packaging while dispatching it. We pack our products in boxes, where each individual product is wrapped in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
  6. If the shipment is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it.
  7. Orders placed on the second half of Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 48-72 hours.
  8. If the order is updated as delivered but the user has not received the order, the same has to be intimated to the customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation, wherein you will have to give 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
  9. For all claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. Two-four working days are required to investigate and review your request. If any shipment is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.
  10. In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your account or to your PayTM wallet.
  11. We are not responsible for damages post-delivery. We do not take responsibility for the misplacement of products post-delivery.
  12. We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time if so warranted.
  13. CUSTOMER NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package TWO times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster
  14. Split shipments are completely normal. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations across India. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive
  15. The general delivery time is between 2-5 business days from the day the order is placed. However, this cannot be construed as guaranteed delivery time. The delivery time totally depends on the delivery partner.
